Terms and conditions of ticket sales
| i) | Reservations are held for 5 days before payment is due. | | ii) | Payment can be made in cash, by cheque and by any major credit/debit cards. | | iii) | Once purchased tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. | | iv) | Tickets purchased within 3 days of a performance can be collected at the Pre-Paid Point in the theatre. All other tickets may be posted to you for a 75p fee. |

Seating
If you have specific seating requirements, please advise the Box Office staff when booking.

The Bar
The Licensed Bar takes orders for interval drinks and is open 45mins pre-show and 20 mins at the interval. We strongly suggest that you pre-order your interval drinks before taking your seat for the show. A range of coffee, soft drinks, icecream & confectionery is on sale in the theatre.
Access
For maximum comfort, please advise staff of wheelchair or hearing requirements when booking. Level access, wheelchair spaces, toilets and Induction Loop System are in place.
Car Parking
A secure paid car parking system operates within the campus. A 3 hour daytime visit costs around £1.20 payable at a yellow pay point on departure.
Car parking is FREE EACH EVENING after 7pm and on weekends from Friday 7pm until Monday 7am. To exit insert ticket at barrier as you leave. Requires no payment.
Lateness
Latecomers may not be seated until a suitable break in the performance, or in some cases the interval.
