Accidental Death of an Anarchist
Accidental Death of an Anarchist is a sharp and hilarious satire on corruption. Dario Fo's play concerns the case of anarchist railway worker Giuseppe Pinelli who, it was claimed, 'fell' to his death from a police headquarters window in 1969.
Dario Fo has always put a premium on entertainment, and this updated version by John Laskin and Michael Aquilante is no exception. Talk by Des Cranston, previously Senior Lecturer in Educational Drama, University of Ulster.
LOVE&MADNESS was founded in 2000 by Artistic Director Neil Sheppeck. In subsequent years the company has become one of the hardest working companies in the country, producing a wide range of engaging, accessible theatre drawing on classic texts and stories for London seasons and tours of the UK and Ireland.
