- Open Auditions with Green Shoot Productions
Green Shoot Productions is seeking to cast an ensemble of 20 community and/or amateur actors to take part in an historic 50th anniversary production of Over The Bridge at the Waterfront Studio. The play is set in the 50s and the ensemble cast will play Belfast Shipyard workers.
We (Green Shoots) are looking for males aged 18yrs+ (no upper age limit). Ex Belfast Shipyard workers, with or without previous acting experience, are especially welcome.
You will be required for rehearsals in the week beginning 1st – 10th March for rehearsals at St Kevin’s Hall, North Queen Street, Belfast and for performances on the 11th and 12th March at The Waterfront Studio followed by 16th March-3rd April. Complete availability for performances is essential. Reasonable expenses will be reimbursed as mutually agreed with the production company.
This is an opportunity to support a professional cast of actors, performing a landmark production in one of Northern Ireland’s leading venues. Auditions will be held on Saturday 20th February (Venue TBC) and will be by appointment only, please call 028 90 315337 to arrange.
