Riverside Theatre ADVANCE Ticket Discount Scheme

In response to demand from regular frequent customers, we are introducing a new scheme to offer best possible ticket prices, to any customer who wishes to join, from 19 July 2010.

For a £12 annual member registration fee, it is possible to access our best discounts on all shows provided the tickets are bought before the first show of the season.


1) This scheme will be most beneficial to regular repeat customers who buy at least 6 tickets per year. It is not suitable for schools or groups. It is sold as an individual membership.

2) It gives access on a first come, first served basis to a limited number of discounted tickets on each show.

3) ADVANCE tickets represent discounts of 10-15% on the best available standard or concession price.

4) ADVANCE tickets are only available until the allocation on each show is sold. An individual member could purchase up to 2 ADVANCE tickets per show SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.

5) Membership will only be on sale 19-30 July and 23-27 August via the Box Office Telephone Number 028 7032 3232. This takes on board comments from those who didn’t like our online Apex tickets because they didn’t have computers.

6) The next sale of ADVANCE will take place in November/December 2010, by telephone and online, if you miss out this time. ADVANCE will only be on sale twice a year - before each season when the discounted tickets are available.

7) Member registration fee and ADVANCE tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and may not be used in conjunction with any other discount. If a show is cancelled, a refund will be given. All other Riverside Terms and Conditions, shown on ticket reverse, apply.

8) Total number of members in the scheme may be limited.

9) In the event that any discount appears unexpectedly mid-season it will be circulated to ADVANCE members by email, as the fastest and cheapest delivery method. Therefore we would encourage you to register a contact email address.

10) Membership is renewable annually. Should the scheme be oversubscribed, and numbers capped - any lapsed membership space may be offered to another waiting customer.

11) New Memberships will only be sold in a limited time period prior to each season of shows, when the discounted tickets are available.

12) The terms and conditions of the ADVANCE scheme are correct at the time of going to press. They may be altered or updated at any time should the need arise.
