- Neighbours' star set for Riverside
Mark Little, aka Neighbours’ Joe Mangel, stars in the UK tour of Defending the Caveman, appearing at the Riverside Theatre on Thursday 11 November, one of only two Northern Ireland shows.
The supreme comedy of Defending the Caveman is the highlight of a richly varied programme of 46 shows this autumn at the regional theatre in Coleraine
Direct from London’s West End, Defending The Caveman - Winner of the Olivier award for Best Entertainment in 2000 - is set to storm the UK once again! The longest running solo play in Broadway history, Defending the Caveman has become a worldwide hit.
Why do men and women misunderstand each other? The truth of course, can be traced back to the Caveman. This hilariously funny but horribly truthful show affectionately brings the basic differences between men and women brilliantly up to date...
If you’re married, see this show! If you’re dating, see this show! If you’re single….YOU NEED TO SEE THIS SHOW!
Defending The Caveman has both sexes roaring with laughter and recognition, affectionately nudging each other as they recognise themselves in the stories being told on the stage. With hysterical observations into contemporary feminism, masculine sensitivity and the erogenous zones, Defending The Caveman mines the common themes in relationships that go straight through the funny bone and into the heart.
Mark Little is a much-loved actor, seasoned comedian and TV personality widely known for his character on the classic Australian soap opera Neighbours’. Defending the Caveman is recommended for adult audiences - WATCH A PREVIEW CLIP ONLINE! www.defendingthecaveman.co.uk
“Absolutely Brilliant! Should be seen by anyone who wants to understand the opposite sex” John Gray, author of Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus “Uproariously funny!” The Telegraph
